New BMW X

The facelifted BMW X1 introduces revised styling, a lightly updated interior and a range of all-diesel engines. It's available with two-or four-wheel drive.
The engines are based on BMW's 2.0-litre turbo diesel, producing between 143bhp in the sDrive18d and xDrive18d and 218bhp in the four-wheel drive only xDrive25d. All two-wheel drive models now produce emissions of less than 130g/km.
All BMW X1s are available with either a six-speed manual or an optional eight-speed automatic gearbox, while stop/start and Brake Energy Regeneration come as standard.
The new range also includes two new mid-range models: Sport and xLine.
In addition, SE and M Sport models have received an increase in standard equipment. Base SE models now include Bluetooth, USB port and black roof rails, while top-spec M Sport models get leather sports seats as standard.
The X1 has a 421-litre boot that expands to 1,350 litres with the 40:20:40 split rear seats folded flat.
Prices start from £24,660 for the entry-level X1 sDrive18d, rising to £31,860 for the X1 xDrive25d. The new BMW X1 goes on sale in the UK in July.
